How did Thomas **** that up?!?!? He didn't come to the front once.

Would've left a bad taste if he won.

Well, another epic fail of Garmin.

what are they doing? where is their STRONG squad? they want to win RVV and PR with such tactics?

Were you watching the same race as me?

Granted GT wasn't pulling as much as Nuyens but he was certainly doing his share, and a damn sight more than Amorison.

Amorison was in the break for how long?

meh nuyens did a lot more work.
glad he won. Thomas looked tired I thought.

Yep, but to say Thomas never came through is clearly nonsense.

We saw maybe 10% of the the work the front group did, and I would imagine the host broadcasters are more inclined to show Nuyens than Thomas.

Great win from Nuyens. Hugely deserved.

When Nuyens swung out he looked back at Thomas who shook his head. This was about 5 k from the finish. From then on Thomas didn't take a single pull. Obviously team orders.

2nd and 4th for Sky, not a bad sprint by Hayman. Very promising showing from the classics squad, lots of guys at the sharp end of the race looking strong and organised. Now they just need to WIN something.

Nuyens definitely worked harder but I got the impression that G was originally just marking that move for his captain, Flecha.
