Mitchelton Scott has set the standard - Doubt there will be much racing in the next month.

I think there's basically zero chance that SB, MSR and TA aren't getting cancelled. PN probably as well.

Mitcheltons decision is a case of too early and too much

You need to carefully read their press release - One key issue is if the virus spreads further ( inevitable ) then riders/staff could be stuck in a country in quarantine or if they return to their country of residence they could be in quarantine.

Just need to find the shiny next epidemic in Africa so we can all forget about this one.
Last week I've read that one stage of Tour de Rwanda was in the western provinces near Congo border were there are massive vaccinations against Ebola after over 2000 has been killed by the epidemic in Congo, no one has complained and the race went on regularly.

Cycling this spring is done, hopefully the Giro goes ahead.

Bigger picture, I hope the correct precautions are put in place and the virus is contained, meaning as few people suffer as possible.

According to Sky in Italy sports behind closed doors and open air activities will be allowed with the recommendation of not swapping bottles, glasses and similar thing between people. Note that is only a rumor and we don't even know when the new special law will be published.

Can we blame Velon for that one?
Not that I'd need an additional reason to bash them anyway...
Nah, everything started from the U.S. with Vaughters pressed to do so and then racked up who is confined in UAE like Cofidis and who is paranoid like Jumbo, I hardly believe at an action from Velon with only about an half of their teams that signed the letter and the biggest missing (Quick-Step, Bora, INEOS), Bora even published their lineup for Strade today and apparently Quick-Step are willing to race.

Vaughters was tweeting over the weekend saying how everyone is overreacting to this and how you have to take risks in life, then he got twittersplained to by some "experts" about how dangerous it is and he completely changed his mind. Classic JV.

This is a real nail-biter.

Comparable to the 1989 Tour I'd say, with all the drama and back and forth and general uncertainty as to what the final outcome will be.

Cycling should be possible. They just have to tell people to
  1. stay at home or
  2. give everyone the space of at least 1m
  3. wash your hands
