Is this rain in for the day or will it clear up later?, it could be very tricky if it's still wet for the final lap.

Phil Liggett on commentary = AAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

José Been with him = Yaaaay

Looks like I will have to wait for BBC tv coverage to start at 1.20pm to get rid of Liggett.

Hopefully for the day, otherwise bunch sprint pretty much guaranteed

Is there any unrestricted english streams?

Use a proxy on the UCI stream

Google has an extension called Hola that uses a proxy for only one page. Works fine for me usually.

Weak break, don't think anything will happen for the next 150km...

Only a big crash can break up the procession in the meantime.

And if there is, we just end up with a situation like the women's race.

The only difference between that and today is that a weak break has been allowed to go here, so they'll get a gap and the rest will ride in holding pattern until the last 2 laps imo. We saw in the women's race that this course isn't tough enough for daring long distance moves, it's going to be about trying to drop people from the bunch on the penultimate lap and then trying to make a decisive move on the last.

Visconti with such an intense and focused look at the starting line.
He's allegedly convinced he has a chance on this parcours. Says this is the race that could change his life.

He probably has got a chance, he used to thrive on courses like this back in 2009-10, but progressively improved his climbing in his last time at ISD and since moving to Movistar and so didn't focus on this kind of parcours so much. He could have a chance if the group contending the win gets thinned out enough - I just think it's likely said group would probably see him sprinting against the likes of Sagan, Valverde and Gerrans in which case he'd need to take risks.

Decisive action needs to be taken by the mods one way or another. Otherwise we could be looking at chaos.
Why?

What action should be taken that hasn't already been taken?
