The only other rider I would have extexted to be there was Geraint Thomas. Henderson and Hayman are their best cobbled riders in the squad other than EBH and perhaps Geraint.

A disappointing day for Sky, no doubt. They worked their asses off all day and got EBH in the right move at the right time, but he just missed the counter-attack because he wasn't paying attention.

ebh will have some big green jersey margin. up there every day. Might have got some bonus seconds had alan davis realised the stage was over.
