Imagine if Rogla or Pogi won't win the Tour. Great Vuelta edition ahead.

Could a Slovenian please help me; what's Rogla heritage? Why does he look like an Asian Prince?
With less of a joke from me; I always thought he looked like he had some Romani blood in him. Or maybe just vallon. Do you have any pics of his parents?I have to dissapoint you, he is (only) Slovenian.
Fantastic from Roglic. He sacrifices any chance of a podium for himself to give the team it's only chance of overall victory. To see an injured team leader stay in the race and contribute like this for the benefit of his team is a refreshing change from what we've seen from the likes of Pinot, O'Connor and Bernal in recent years (all of whom the teams felt were clearly physically still able to contribute to the team). Between Rog and Pog I'd argue that Slovenian parents know how to bring up their kids.

What situation with Pinot are you referring to? Just the fact that he didn't do much in 2020 with his injured back?
Roglič has injured his back too. He made the ultimate sacrifice on this race. Jonas thanked him for it. Hope he returns the favor in the future.
Yes, but the post made it seem like Pinot dropped out in 2020.
Self struggled or struggled for his team. But not only struggled. To made a difference. It's still much different. If Jonas takes it Danes will forever need to thank Rogla for it. There is just no way around that. Some mini statue somewhere on top of some hill should do fine.
Roglic: Now that we are both domestiques we can hang more in the back
Kuss: * Laughs nervously*
Well, Pinot didn't really have a teammate capable of winning the Tour in 2020.
That's what I'm afraid of and I hope Roglic will soon abandon. He said for Slovenian media today that he's not feeling better.Honestly I wonder; will either of the Slovenians have time to recover before vuelta? :O

As long as he's not too injured and/or not able to contribute with anything, there's no way he'll be allowed to leave the race. JV is not going to risk losing the Tour for a better chance of winning the Vuelta.
