i was thinking this too. not how i'd want it, i wanted to see a great battle here as well, but kinda wild how that might work out for him at the Tour.
Not the way anybody would want it Indeed. But from a karma-like perspective... He's due some for all the bad luck he ran into over the years I feel.

I'm half joking: of course I rather see Pog Rog Remco and Jonas battle it out in top shape, but once again the cycling gods prove themselves to be cruel.

Sounds rather crazy as he went down twice in only a few days now, but he kind of looks like the "winner" out of the situation so far. Pogacar Giro, Vingegaard collarbone and ribs, Evenepoel collarbone and scapula - assuming Roglic stay healthy, this might be the best shot he will get.

Primoz is a crash expert and recovers quickly. He will be flying in July while his rivals will still feel the effects and Teddy will be weakened by the Giro. It's now or never! He just has to make sure he doesn't hit the deck at the Tour - maybe riding week 1 with pillows attached to his body is a good idea.

Only some scratches for Primoz. Despite two falls the last week was a big victory for him, possible TdF game changer: his rivals can't fall as well as him!

It's impossible to be more candid than this! In every respect! The baby bed with all the laundry, clothes on the floor, unmade bed, all bandages and on top of it showing his ass to the world.

Gotta love this guy! 🤪🥰🫠

Imagining wife taking pics asking how many groupies he's expecting to get from this. 🤪🫣At least groupie hopefuls 🤪🫣🤣🤣

Cyclists are a different breed altogether 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🥰

If that was Contador, then the garbage man wouldnt have had to come to pick it up that week. It would have already been emptied.

The man's a walking advert for Band-aids! As was mentioned the right knee looks like the biggest problem, but how nothing was broken was truely a miracle.

Having followed this rider for a long time now, I take his Instagram post yesterday as good news.

I doubt he'd be upbeat about 'feeling a bit better' if he felt his knee or foot was going to hinder him going forwards.

To pick up what? What would have been emptied? The bed? The baby bed? The ass? The bandages or all the clothes and laundry? No wife, no pics, or no groupie hopefuls? 😉

Is Contador a cleaning freak?

Enlighten a noob that doesn't understand 🫣🤣

A slight finger cut and I feel miserable for a week, can't imagine what this feels like..
You haven't lived until you crash like this in a stage race. Everything hurts, you want to sleep but you can't. When you get up in the night to go to the bathroom the sheets want to go along for the ride. I crashed 2 days in a row once and still got 2nd in the final stage, on the boardwalk in Atlantic City.

I’m not saying Roglic’s injuries in 2022 were necessarily as bad as Pogacar in 2023 or Vingegaard / Remco now, but it is interesting that after a bad knee in the spring and a dislocated shoulder and broken vertebrae in July, certain posters who are fans of a certain rider refused to admit that he was not at full strength in that Vuelta; now I think we can all agree that it’d be ridiculous to fault Remco or Vingegaard, particularly the latter, is they are not at full strength in July.
