Tour is more or less a given as that is on why Rogla joined Red Bull. A GT double is a rather sure thing, considering we are talking about Rogla. As for 2025 being the season to do the triple, likely not. So Giro or Vuelta on where some subtle hints already presented on how Rogla might be interested for attending Giro in 2025. We'll see.
It's possible but on the other hand Rogla will likely need to beat either Jonas or Pogi (or Remco) to win a GT in 2025 season. So realistically best to beat Jonas at Giro and Pogi at Tour, considering a double is a thing now, then to prepare good for WC RR. We'll see.

I hope things get better between him and his wife. He loves his kids so much and holds it together for them but i'm sure things like that don't help.He was part of the event for local kids

I wouldn't be surprised if they go for the Tour + Vuelta double, try to win from Pogacar two times to set things straight.
Another hint, Tour most definitely but not necessary as the main goal of the season. I feel that this is the right attitude, that is as most likely leader of the team you have the responsibility to go to the Tour, hard to imagine any of the big 4 to avoid this responsibility in the 2025 season. But no need to be obsessed about it, especially from Rogličes perspective. In last 5 years Rogla show nothing but the utmost respect towards this race, prepared well and in return got some sci-fi scenarios, on where in the end even aliens crashed him out. So saying again this race means everything, yeah, get real. Another GT stage race to do and that is that. That means that other races will likely get much attention too and i am looking forward to that. Not just the Tour, on where obviously Rogla will ride for the overall, just like when riding at ToS or at WC.
P.S. As for Jonas doing the Giro, it's possible but i don't buy that ATM. Likely Remco to be the main contender if Rogla participates.

Anything but a win at Tour / Vuelta / Tour de Suisse does not bring any upgrade to his palmares.

I think he'll ride Giro-Tour next year, and a Giro win will be a great success.

From his statements it's obvious he's doing the Giro since he says he wants to approach it differently, not targeting Tour as his main goal. This pretty much leaves out Vuelta since he doesn't need to target Vuelta in order to win it (as proven many times) therefore it makes no sense to do Tour-Vuelta double with Vuelta being main goal. It does make sense to do Giro-Tour double with Giro being main goal and hoping he can have a fun Tour after that. And if he actually means TdS-Tour with TdS being his main goal, then he's just being ridiculous...

Giro should be exciting now. Roglic against Almeida/Ayuso and probably Remco there. Of course this excitement will go off the Window if Vingegaard starts the Giro

So Rogličes first pro cycling salary was 300e and he was prepared to do it for free, he valued the given opportunity more. Red Bull helmet was an object of desire since his ski jumping days, on where Andreas Goldberger got to wear one.
First impression he can do something in pro cycling was a prologue at Giro 2016 on where the realisation hit, i can time trial.
Tour 2020 didn't left sour taste as this was a maximum and Rogla stands behind that result. Rogla expresses gratitude towards his family for unconditional support in chasing his dreams. For young people his advice is be dedicated toward your goals, the results, if they come or not, the important thing is to be able to have fun and to smile. Not everybody needs to become a professional athlete.

I would say winning WC RR/ITT or Lombardie would also be pretty big upgrade. I really want to see him racing only ardenes classics, TdS,TdF, WC and Lombardie next year.

That's not a small itinerary, though. At this age anything he wins that he enjoys would add to his idea of "palmares". Fans generally only know a little bit about what makes a rider great among peers to there that consideration. A TdF win would seal a phenomenal career for the fan base except the micro-weenies that analyze the quality of every race to score their heroes. The infestation of gamer analysis into such a tough, environmentally and talent-fluid sport is somewhat useless IMO. It's great if you're a gambler on NFL and other games but not real world.

Rogla is not even eligible to break most of the historical records out there, related to the age. So whenever somebody starts with "due to the age ..." one has to be cautious in taking all that seriously on what follows.

Of course is not small itimerary but still, i wrote what he should ride and if he wins that is great if not he tried. This year he had the worst schedule possible. Like winning P-N, Basque or Dauphine would bring something to his palmares. And on top of that he was ill(P-) crashed on Basque and Dauphine. He should avoid like a plague France races till TDF, he is having always bad luck there. After Vuelta he had again terrible schedule, bad results and was clearly tired, he lost one month for nothing. Also, yes he is old but still 3rd best GT rider out there, so he can still win TdF but needs some luck. TdS is realistic goal, Fleches too and races like LBL, WC RR/TT and Lombardie, he should still be 3rd favourite.
Only two cyclists won a GT in 2024 season and one of them was Rogla.

Are you implying he's the 2nd best GT rider in the world? Because I would place him 4th, or joined 3rd.

No he’s stating that Roglic is the best like what was said post Tour in the power rankings thread.
Each season somebody tends to stick out a bit more then others, and that one becomes "unbeatable". Used to be Rogla, then Jonas now Pogi, Remco was never quite there yet but the trajectory seems favourable, so maybe. Anyway, what usually happens is a superstar changes teams, for whatever reasons involved, especially when going from a super team to a lesser team at that point, and struggles. This is on what likely some expected or are now still under such influence of previous believes. That somehow Rogla degraded in terms of performance and results, compared to previous era at JV. We need to be a bit cautious about this aspect of it still it seems it luckily didn't happen. Rogla made a soft landing and won a GT in his first season riding for his new team. Jonas didn't do that, Remco didn't do that ... They both operated in know environment and presumably made some progress, Remco especially on where it comes to one day events. I am sure that Rogla and his new team will further progress in 2025 season.

So in 2022, Evenepoel was the better GT rider than Roglic because he won the Vuelta, and Roglic didn't win any GT? That's a very simplistic method to see who's the best GT rider. Would mean in 2022 Vingegaard, Hindley and Evenepoel were better GT riders than Pogacar and Roglic?
Fleche Wallone is a must have for a "Stomp" artist. Probably also the most realistic target in the spring. There is a good chance that Pogacar skips the race and Roglic is still the best of the rest when it comes to murito sprints.
