Or if he initiates the excitement. We see him wait for opponents to jump when he's comfortable he can get past them. He needs to double-clutch a Pogacar and save some acceleration when he catches up. He's not going to win a straight up drag race on many hills against Pogacar.

The amount of wins doesn't matter. Lipowitz or Evenepoel need to crash in spring season, and not be able to ride the TDF.

Rogla is a great guy. He doesnt want to spoil his compatriot Teddy's #5 party this July. He has his own battle for #5 (at Vuelta) and will attack the Tour in 2027.

As for what happens if Rogla beats Pogi in one day events and in stage racing. Beats me, we will i guess just build on that.

They have a gentlemen agreement. This year Pogi for #5 Tour and Rogla for #5 Vuelta. Next year Rogla for the Tour and Pogi for the Vuelta.
