Somebody capable and willing of making a difference at Cipressa, long shot, for the plan of UAE to fall apart completely there already. Or maybe Rogla will jump in to do that, but then who from RBH can follow?

Anyway, Poggio it is, hopefully for Rogla to benefit from some other favourites hesitating.
If Pogacar accelerates like he did last year I can see prime Roglic follow IF he was on his wheel.

Of course.
Or if he initiates the excitement. We see him wait for opponents to jump when he's comfortable he can get past them. He needs to double-clutch a Pogacar and save some acceleration when he catches up. He's not going to win a straight up drag race on many hills against Pogacar.

How did you come up with that number.

The team likely won't be of such strength to play with UAE so indeed that is the best tactics.

The amount of wins doesn't matter. Lipowitz or Evenepoel need to crash in spring season, and not be able to ride the TDF.

Then again that is a bit strange isn't it? If Rogla beats Pogi at one day race event and on a stage race, all during pre Tour.

Rogla is a great guy. He doesnt want to spoil his compatriot Teddy's #5 party this July. He has his own battle for #5 (at Vuelta) and will attack the Tour in 2027.

I see, a gentlemen's agreement in between five stars riders. OK, 2027 it is then.

I added number, subtracted and multiplied some others.

He won't do that.

@Berniece

Likely indeed Rogla doesn't want to go to the Tour stage hunting and helping out. Neither IMHO Lipo or Remco want that. As for the hopes and stuff. The truth is i don't want that either. As for what happens if Rogla beats Pogi in one day events and in stage racing. Beats me, we will i guess just build on that.

What one day event? Is Roglic even riding a one day event this spring?
