And Roglic was only able to do that because he showed he could still be a threat and had the threat of WVA up the road. Kuss and the team has saved multiple GTs for Roglic. What you’re asking for is impossible nigh Vinge suffers a bad crash like that.

History showed Roglic has only helped Vinge after his bad crash while Vinge helped Roglic despite looking to be stronger. History records that Roglic stayed in race situations when seriously injured to help Vindegaard and following team orders. When he didn't he was not free lancing IMO. Nor is Jonas, by the way. To suggest there is some rivalry in the situations is speculation at best and both have proven to be serious pro teammates.
Looking for petty jealousy where it's not relevant doesn't qualify as a projection for future behavior on the team level. Movistar and Ineos suffered a bit under that cloud and where'd it get them after Thomas' Tour win? And he earned that win, too.

So career ending that he was back to racing a couple of months later in the Vuelta. The whole point is that Roglic only does that if there’s is literally 0% chance for himself.

He's the best in the team if Vinge is not present from now on. If both are there, both are captains so no need to help unless he gets ordered to or is already behind in time. And if that happens, history shows he always helps beyond want he could/should so what's your point in bashing the guy?
If Vinge is behind or gets told to help, i'm sure he would do the same.

As a Roglič fan, the only thing that actually concerns me are the tactics from the team car, not Vingegaard per se (I mean if Vinge is stronger he wins, so it's a moot point anyway). No, my 'fear' is Grischa will get the team to sit up & not chase the break on the rampas inhumanas or unipuerto stages (stage 6 for example), i.e. stages which should favor Rog, then on the Tourmalet stage he gets Jumbo to drill an insane pace full gas which cooks Rog like Pog on the Joux Plane stage in the TdF & sets up Vingegaard perfectly.

That's the big question mark for me, i.e. Rog & Vingegaard aren't the same rider profiles, i.e. both have strengths & weaknesses which the team strategy can either favor or literally work against.
