Nah. Rogla can crack Jonas. At Vuelta Jonas had Rogla sitting back in the bunch, while attacking. Such luxury doesn't exist any more. Rogla will keep Jonas much closer and Bora will help him with that.
Was everyone at their highest levels at the Vuelta? I don't think so. Vingegaard TdF level was much stronger than Vingegaard Vuelta level. I don't think peak Roglic can beat peak Vingegaard (or Pogi with uninterrupted prep).

Some hints that perhaps Rog is racing Flèche & Liège after all (an interview with his new teammate Matteo Sobrero):

On the tasks that await him in the new team, Sobrero specifies: "In the first part of the year I will be in support of the captains. I might have more freedom of movement in the Basque Country or the Amstel gold race, while in Liège and the Flèche Wallonne I'll be working for Roglic."

I feel that Jonas had some minor health issues at the beginning of the Vuelta, after he was fine and in my opinion near his peak. That is especially on climbs on where he got green light to go for it. As this is terrain on where Jonas is the strongest and considering Rogla had to first make sure to not bring others with him and considering Kuss was already riding for himself. All in all nothing out of the ordinary that Rogla couldn't tackle. Especially if Bora will offer good support. Pogi is punchy too and here Rogla hence can't always rely on his MTF sprints. So the decision in between them will likely be made elsewhere. Likely at the Tour 2024 both Rogla and Pogi will be tackling Jonas together and there is a good chance one will prevail. Plenty of opportunities for that. Pogi i imagine will be trying with more aggression and Rogla likely waiting for mistakes. All three likely hard to crack.

For Remco that is remain to be seen. If he will go after GC or stage hunting.

No, he wasn't near his peak.

He said he was at 90/95% of his Tour shape, it's a significant difference, and not a single time he was really dropped by roglic or anybody.

Roglic was in peak form at the Vuelta last year. Vingegaard definitely wasn’t. Not that he was far from it, but not at 100%. Remco was for everyone to see not at his best.

Jungels also mentioned that. "If Primož wants me to be with him for the Basque Country and the Ardennes, I will be there."

To me, your neighbour is obviously an idiot
It takes one to recognize the other.

On a more serious note, it's very dumb to play any percentage games about riders. They are not robots. They have good/bad days, they come to races in different emotional and physical states. There are so many variables that couch fans have no chance knowing which % a rider is and how long can he sustain it.

For me Jonas looked really good. Roglič looked really good. They were very close to each other in terms of performance and it's a shame they weren't allowed to compete (against each other and against Kuss).

It's a luxury to watch that many riders in such good forms go against each other. Most times it doesn't happen.

Yeah, that's why I said Roglic was at his best. He seemed much better than at the Giro. But Vingegaard didn't seem as good as he was at the TDF.
