Unbeliavable the disrespect to Roglic.

I asked yesterday why Roglic wasn't listed for the olympics....

I think if his crash doesn't affect him, he'll continue to go toe-to-toe with those 3 in the hope the tide turns & his legs either match or surpass them by the end of week 3. I don't think the plan is more complicated than that.

I did notice him searching for a gel today (& I think he got mentioned by the commissaires for taking something within the final 20km), i.e. something concerning because that's exactly the sort of thing teammates are there for in the final part of a stage.

In the high mountains he has Hindley & that's it.
I noticed that too.

And then some are shocked when they find out that Roglič is more popular in Slovenia.

From Google Translate:
Pogacar makes a striking statement against Evenepoel: “¿Roglic? “You don't have to fear him”

Striking image after stage eleven of the Tour de France. Tadej Pogacar and Remco Evenepoel were sublime during the podium and during the ceremony of the podium, while Pogacar was still alive during their grandest premios. “Don't worry about Primoz Roglic”, he said.

Evenepoel and Pogacar were the end of the thrilling mountain stage, clearly due to the fall of Roglic. Evenepoel tells the yellow jersey wearer that Roglic has been put in the same time, after which Pogacar gives him special advice. "Don't worry about him." Pogacar clearly tried to say it subtly to Evenepoel, but the statement was still caught by the camera.

He wanted to say...
Don't worry about him, he'll be so far ahead by stage 20, those 30s won't help you against Rogla. Better worry about Guillaume Martin, Gee and Healy going in countless breaks trying to push you out of the top 10.

@Valv.Piti

Crash is never optimal at this level of racing and certainly can affect performance. But lets for now rather enjoy this moment, realization Rogla had stellar 11 stages so far. As according to some predictions he was never going to make it through stage 1. So crash or no crash, lets rather just aim for 1 and others to worry about the rest.
