It should not affect GT choice. That said, doing it after Giro seems much harder these days than beforeIt's the only one week WT race he hasn't won so far, so I think for him the standing of TdS might be bit higher in terms of career palmares.

Sorry but it doesn't matter if he wins all 7 one week stage races because there is no Tour in his palmares. A shame btw, he will never win a Tour when riders like Bernal won one year earlier from his terrible loss in FranceHe wants Suisse so he can say he's the first one ever to have won all 7 big WT-races, before Pogacar does it basically.
I would also like to see him do the Giro + Vuelta double. Pogacar and Vingegaard will probably do the TDF + Vuelta, and I can see Evenepoel go for Giro + TDF. Another Giro with Roglic and Evenepoel would be nice.
Doesn't matter to who? To you? He isn't doing it for you. He's doing it for himself, to write himself another time in the history books.Sorry but it doesn't matter if he wins all 7 one week stage races because there is no Tour in his palmares. Even if he wins, he will need the Tour to complete what is trying to achieve, winning all important stage races.Doesn't matter to who? To you? He isn't doing it for you. He's doing it for himself, to write himself another time in the history books.
There's a list of all big 1-week WT races, no one has ever won all 7. Apparently based on that interview he's going for it, he only needs Suisse.Even if he wins, he will need the Tour to complete what is trying to achieve, winning all important stage races.
Says who? This performance hasn't been done even by Merckx/Hinault etc. As for Tour the evolution of the mutants kinda *** him over. Bernal has Tour/Giro yet in GC tier list he is far behing Rog all-time. Tour is overrated only by casual fans. Fans who follow cycling know the level and how races are won.Sorry but it doesn't matter if he wins all 7 one week stage races because there is no Tour in his palmares. Why? He's not trying to be some all time great. Just a great rider that did something nobody else managed to achieve. Clearly he is not at the level of those like Contador, FroomeEven if he wins, he will need the Tour to complete what is trying to achieve, winning all important stage races.
Not surprising since nibali is the best rider of this century (behind pogacar) and better than roglicEven Nibali won a Tour and Roglic not. What a pity
Lol.Even Nibali won a Tour and Roglic not. What a pity
And Evans too.Lol.
I would make that even Pereiro, Sastre, Abandony Schleck, Wiggins, Thomas and Bernal won a Tour before "omg Nibali won one"
Evans is the guy I forget to include cuase he's 1st on my list and I forget I didn't already add him.And Evans too.
I guess Suisse as a Dauphine replacement fits well enough. To me, it sounded like going for the Tour, but with no big fanfare and that not being the one big season goal.
Emilia #4Soon Rogla and out hearts to stomp again. This year the main goal is Il Lombardia, anything more than that will be a bonus.
Go Rogla!
He doesn't need to win the Tour, to be the most beloved man in slovenia.
Emilia #4
Like an underdog.
