Looked great for 7 seconds following Pogacars first attack.
Vuelta is so in the bag.
Today some guys got closer to the Sun than Rogla and didn't burn though.

I saw a thumbnail of Pogacar and Roglic in rain jackets - did it pour down early in the day?I mean to me it's pretty obvious he was not in the top 5 climbers today. It is what it is.
Sorry bruh. I'm super chillaxed now. What's wrong with you people, nobody understands sarcasm anymore? Maybe you should read the previous comments and you'll understand what my post was about. My god, chillax![]()
Huh.Part of RBH for sure, that is doesn't want Rogla winning any more, as they would rather see some other rider do that instead and for Rogla to support such goals.
That’s not what happenedRogla could easily follow Pogi, on when he went, nobody else could do that. Returning to Lipo and helping him bridge across
Well Roglic refused to sprint in the end, didn´t he? I find it kind of strange that he didn´t even tried to sprint...
Sorry bruh. I'm super chillaxed now.
Huh.
Seems like maybe other riders are just better at this point, despite random nonsensical conspiracy theories.
That’s not what happened
Rogla couldn't follow. What for should he sprint? Why would that be a good idea?
Nah, Rogla is not worse. Currently it's just that they are still finding themself, as a team. On how they rode today, if they would all be practicing that together till the start of the season, then today a RBH rider would IMHO win a stage.
We'll get there, today was a good sign it's coming.
Literally.
Old photo I think.I saw a thumbnail of Pogacar and Roglic in rain jackets - did it pour down early in the day?
If so it's miracle he finished.
This in no way addresses your earlier claims that the team had it in for Roglic. Which is silly, why would they. They simply are putting the best riders they have in the leadership role for whatever race.Nah, Rogla is not worse. Currently it's just that they are still finding themself, as a team. And of course he was worse, he got dropped. Obviously.
Can he get better? Entirely possible. But the teams know the riders' numbers. They know who is in the best shape, and of course that's what they base their leadership decisions on, that and performance on the road.
Imagining that the team has it in for Roglic is just fanboy nonsense.
So what they’ve been doing. They elegantly resolved the leadership issues as Rogla has Lipo up front and Lipo has Rogla at the back. So neither can work and at the same time they pull for each other.
What in the world is this guy doing?
You race for own chance? Straight to jailPulled on the climb. Likely to setup Lipowitz, then dropped back since he's not riding GC.
That's the gist of it.
Group was close to splitting when he pulled, it slowed down after he dropped off. That pull was so weak it is the last sign needed to be 100% sure he is now fully washed.
Probably, but if he faces any resistance at the Vuelta then i am afraid he will loose that big time as well.Group was close to splitting when he pulled, it slowed down after he dropped off.
But really the much better hypothesis is that he does not give a shite about his own result this race and is there to keep the engine running a bit.
It's overall a much stronger indication that he's retiring after 2026 than that he's so bad right now he's also gonna be *** at the Vuelta.
Being a teamplayer and pulling for Lipo and FFB. Isn't that what almost everyone wanted? What in the world is this guy doing?
