I don't think Seixas will be asked to ride for GC. Stages I think and Riccitello for GC. Anyway, I think that's a good decision to skip the Tour. He should be at 100% at Giro and Vuelta and could podium both, although podiuming either one would be a great result

If they are smart, they will let Seixas ride thw vuelta next year. Tour as first GC is just too much..
