I just don't know where to begin with.... not offense to the dutch fellows, but Brazil had the game already won in the first half-but somehow Holland managed to soft their defense and there we have it-nevertheless a deserved win but Brazil made that possible by committing horrendous mistakes & at the end they're the ones to be blamed for loosing it-specially in that fashion......

PS: the winner of the game between Argentina vs Germany is surely the WC champion

Huge props to the Dutch. What an awesome win. I know there are some people here quibbling about them, but I think it would be great to see them in the finals against someone like Ghana, or Paraguay or Uraguay.

So the first goal by Brasil wasn't a horrendous defensive mistake from Holland? Come on, Watch some re-runs.
A game is 2 halves. Brazil forgot that and failed hard in the second half.

PS: Forgot about Spain? Germany isn't better than Spain or Holland. Look at the Serbia game when they really got tested.
Germany is average at best.
So is Holland, but who cares? Where with the last 4. No Italy, England, Brasil, France or Portugal.

melos red was meaningless. Brazil were not getting back into that with 11 anyway.

What I detest most about Melo's foul was that it was a pointless and intentional act that severely hampered his team's ability to get back in the match. Brazil still moved the ball forward with 10 and could possibly have done more with 11. It was selfish and it was akin to thumbing his nose at his countrymen and waving the white flag. The own goal on the other hand was just a poor sports play that happens in every tournament.

Thats what i thought 4 years ago when argentina were better than they are now and germany worse than they are now. This will be a lot more even.

And if you think felipe melo cant behave, have argentina ever lost a game with dignity. Have they ever won a game with dignity.

Ive seen messi headbut people, tevez admited he thinks cheating is worth it, they have decieved the ref with handballs a few times in this wc. And lets not forget who their manager is.

Last time round the whole team surrounded the ref after the shootout even though there hadnt been any bad decisions. THey almost got into a fight with mexico last match. If something, anything goes against argentina i see them doing what algeria did against egypt and getting 4 or 5 reds easy.
They will implode.

Well I know Suarez very well from the Dutch league with Ajax.

And there he is, while top goalscorer with 30+ goals, remarkably unselfish most of the time

you should probably prefer ghana since they will have played 2 extra times.

Also looking at their goals it has been fluke penalty, fluke penalty, dont know, wonder strike in extra time and wonder long shot

I dont know what their first goal against usa was but all the others have been ones that holland can easily defend against. Just block their shots and dont do stupid pointless handballs in the box.

We beat Ghana effortlessly, with 4-1, a few weeks ago. But in fairness they do seem a tiny bit better now. Not much though.
