Is it like Po-tsa-gar or Po-ch-agar, or Po-ka-gar, or Po-tsa-djar or...how?

It could be, but Ilmaestro often seems to be travelling to more interesting places than Mas.

The first time I saw Pogacar race, it was commented on by Phil Ligget. He had round about 5 ways to pronounce Pogacar, none of them were correct. And surely Pocagar was among them. I assume this played a role in me picking this young Slovenian to cheer for in that stage. Stuck with me.

Yes. To much exposure would be a risk if you were this kind of being. So this might explain Mas' sporadious spikes.
To me, it all makes sense.

Phil can mispronounce any name. He has those skills. Strange that Bob Roll can't pronounce "France" but speaks several Euro languages reasonably well.
