how about banning Froome?

jawohl, ok for me. and while we are at it ban Aru, Nibali, Landa, Alberto, Quintana. etc etc
other riders will come and win races, we'll never run out of riders. Aso and Rcs need racers, whoever they are

I wish Quintana rode for Sky to see what people say when he disappears for months in his high altitude village in Colombia. never heard anyone wondering if the Uci testers climb up there.

but well, at the end we are repeating this day after day. so nevermind, why getting angry about the same issues? (and wait when we'll see the Dawg's race van unused by Richie... )
July is near, let's enjoy the race.
it's not like if we ban the top riders, the other just below are pure clean hard workers who deserve their chance.
it's the circus baby

We are paying attention to what Sky is saying, and last year they told us there were testing at altitude in Colombia. The team had to investigate Henao, remember, after some strange values in his bio passport profile after a test at altitude in Colombia, where he'd been staying for months. This was of course before Froome complained there was no testing at Teide. Now there is testing at Teide. They probably had to cut down on testing somewhere else to aford all the testing at Teide, so maybe now there is no testing at altitude in Colombia, who knows?

I you want to lose bodyfat I recommend a sustained, moderate caloric deficit and sufficient protein. Exercises not required, but patience is. It could take years.

Alternatively, AICAR.

I bet he can still TT like Tony Martin.

It would have been great to see Pantani fly past Big Mig in a flat ITT.

Pantani and Rasmussen probably would have been beasts on AICAR.

Well, Pantani already was on EPO.

But just imagine AICAR-Rasmussen: Would've been as dominant as Armstrong. No chance for anyone else!

John Cook former coach at Nike Oregon...

I think the testing is a joke, and it can’t be enforced universally. To give two examples, you’d need to build a lab in Kenya and build a lab in Jamaica. So the only place where the testing can be equally enforced is the meets. And there are many loopholes there.

Does Froome do winter training in Kenya?

Also Froome happy with testing, why? because as Cook says, Testing is a Joke.

We have long known this. But good to hear from someone of some authority.

Dear god no; he had no fat on him as it was - it would be like watching a weird mix of a live aid infomercial and a road race all moulded into one freak show.

If thats obese, i'd hate to see what you say about my body :(

Froome is 6'1", 146lbs according to his quote in the recent article. That's slightly better than 'climber' proportions...I think the guy is ready to add a little Nutella back into his diet, but what do I know

Height to weight, and output... not normal....

Sky’s troubles began earlier as Wout Poels and Ian Stannard were dropped just before the intermediate checkpoint and Luke Rowe joined them just afterwards. Riding with the bare five for a large chunk of the course, Nicolas Roche struggled at the end as Froome drove things at the front and shook his head as they crossed the line.

And here I was worried Porte wouldn't get a Tour ride...

I thought he spent more time in South Africa than Kenya?

And spending time where he grew up isn't suspicious unless you are really really desperate.
