froome is done for physically. sky's over the top training methods have killed him as predicted by saxo trainer few years back. same happened to number of youngsters. only since this year have they stopped their rigurous camps and it's showing with youngsters at least like boswell and I expected a strong sebastian henao in suisse.

As the other teams match Sky in terms of their "preparation" what really is exposed is "Froomey's" and Sky's totally inept tactical nuance. In the past the speed of Froome could counter any deficit in tactics by simply upping the watts. When he has to depend on his racing ability the egg beating nodding donkey is in trouble.

Today instead of helping Van Garderen pull back the break as the race was being decided he sat on his wheel and stem stared!

I've called this before in late 2013 and so far it's happening

You also said that this year's Giro wasn't that hard on the riders...which turned out to be the stupidest post of 2015, thus far...but I'm betting that you can top it sooner or later. Keep trying little fella'.

I also remember pre 2013 season he said there were 30 climbers in Colombia better than Nibali

Or the TDF stage in 2013 when all the gc riders started to hold hands and everyone predicted they wouldn't attack in the stage.

Except Ryo

Does anyone really expect attacks from the GC riders? Nothing will happen until the last climb of the day.

of cours ethey will. this is hardest climb and movistar, katusha, and saxo are there in that break only to help out their leaders when they attack

We will see.

But if you are wrong, will you admit it later?

of course. you know me. but this is the tactis they planned I'm sure of, if they change plans it means their riders have bad legs, with contador possible, with quintana doubtful

What happened? The gc riders didn't attack and rode in holding hands minutes down on the winner. Just like everyone but Ryo predicted.

But did he admit the mistake like he promised.

Well, 2 months later:

Ryo admitting a mistake? That will be the day. LOL.

He always has excuses. It was raining, he was sick, he crashed, he failed to train properly, etc, etc.

2 years, later, still waiting

Seems Sky have lost the "magic formula" that allowed their leader to be in peak form for 6-7 months. In 2013 Froome would be winning this Dauphine with about 3 minutes over the guy in 2nd, who would be a teammate. Maybe they need to check under the sofa in the motorhome and see if the formula is there.

Brailsford letting all the former dopers go to spread the 'sky word' amongst the peloton. But i doubt Brailsford cares too much. Guy made his money on this, got his knighthood and will be giving lectures around the world for big bucks soon.

Froome was spinning today. He looks at his stem reads the data. Hits the mark and hopes it's enough to get back on to TJ.
Look at his gearing today. Other riders were in much smaller gears. Froome has it down. Trouble is he can't seem to ride without it and they "other teams" all know the Sky tactic.

You seriously need to stop this. If you cannot manage a more civil tone going forward, then it will be done for you.-Berzin

That was some show of strength the rest have a long way to go to catch this freak show. Oh well I was hoping July might be fun to watch, but if Froome is still someway of his peak then I guess we can forget that. 4 minutes on Nibali, 2 minutes to Valverde and a minute over Purito.
