froome is done for physically. sky's over the top training methods have killed him as predicted by saxo trainer few years back. same happened to number of youngsters. only since this year have they stopped their rigurous camps and it's showing with youngsters at least like boswell and I expected a strong sebastian henao in suisse.

orly

Yeah I was thinking something a little different to that. Pedaling like Lance uphill and seeming pretty relaxed right after the finish line.

Noticed that as well in one of those close ups. Grinning whilst looking at his stem, bobbing his head from side to side as he pedals like Lance. The guy really is a freak show.

Agreed on Froome getting creepier. Some parallels with Midousuji! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DZ09ZDqqQ30

Am the only one who is willing to admit they watched some of this series????

We can only wish Froome had that much style.

Froome might be the death knell for cycling. Lying doper. Horrific style. Complete douchebag.

At least Armstrong looked like he should be riding a bike...

We're gonna have to move all races to the island, where the "real fans" reside.

Only saw the last 1.5km - didnt look like he was grinning then, grimacing maybe but grinning no.

Maybe I missed something or maybe him grimacing doesnt fit the rhetoric round here. Oh, and where's the TJ thread? After all he pretty much lost on time bonuses (give or take 10 seconds) - I dont see 10 tonnes of *** coming down on him ...

If there isn't one, you're more than welcome to start one.

At least Armstrong was able to (mostly) keep his lies consistent...

Love this bit from the cyclingnews article on the stage:
As a seated Froome forged clear while spinning his legs at an improbable cadence, van Garderen was joined by Rui Costa (Lampre-Merida) and the hugely impressive Simon Yates (Orica-GreenEdge) but they were losing ground all the way.

was Julich banned from cycling and was Froome aware of his doping at the time?

I know the answer to the first question but not the second. But as you are convinced Froome is a doper what does it matter what I answer to you.
Over the years Julich himself has suggested that if you can't work out what he was doing in '98 in order to climb with Ullrich and Pantani.... well you can't be too bright.

sure there will be a thread about the guy who is motopaced by wonderboy somewhere

Found it http://forum.cyclingnews.com/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=25891 anyway since he's merican they all stopped in 2006/2007 etc :D
At least Van Garderen had the decency to be a world class junior and has never had to rely on motorbikes to make time cuts. Ditto Yates (2nd 2013 l'Avenir) and Rui Costa

If you still can't work out why Froome draws so much attention, I have to start wondering if you caught the short bus to school.
