Dismissed for sending Trent Lowe to see Dr Del Moral - seems the team have a policy expressly forbidding this.

The fact that Del Moral was infamously a USPS doc & that Matt White has been linked to the new Aussie pro team (and is still under investigation by Aus Cycling as part of the Landis allegations) neither here nor there I imagine [/heavysarcasm]

It sounds like they picked the right guy for the High Performance Program. I wonder what doctor he will refer his riders to.

It is especially hilarious in light of the Kimmage-Landis interview, where Landis said that doping support is pretty much all that Del Moral did on Postal.

So you think JV somehow OKd the "assisted" rise to the top of CVV, BW and RH?

Is it because Garmin asked for results when they signed up in June 2008 and JV thought, "what the heck", everyone is doing it and has always been doing it so let's go, a bit like what Pevenage said recently after Ulle was trashed during the 2004 TDF and they decided to do something about it?

So Miller and Vaughters were particularly keen to bring White on board as DS - and White, by coincidence, was particularly keyed in to the Spanish doctor of the curious name Del Moral, who was known as a key doping doctor; while, by yet another coincidence, Danny Pate, I think it was, alludes to a mysterious change in the team during the year and his need to leave. Right.

When buckwheat attacked Vaughters here on this forum for hypocrisy, I frankly thought buckwheat was out of his mind - or on his way there. Now, I'd like to offer buckwheat a public apology. And if I ever hear another sanctimonious anti-doping word out of David Miller's filthy mouth, I think I'll puke.

EDIT: And let's not forget Landis's Alan "rice cakes" Lim, who made the transition from Garmin to Radioshack without so much as missing a beat.
