Oh boy, Lewandowski was looking like a f*cking gladiator in Bayern. But wasn't he in Barcelona in 2022 already? Niewiadoma should be miss Phelps with her weed addict, but without any major success. Swiatek isn't nothing new - tennis is another sport where miracles happen all the time. Look at Djokovic, that's more disgusting than Lance has ever been.
The alleged Lewandowski positive was in March 2022, before his move to Barca.

Mariajuana is THE gateway drug though. One day it's a little spliff, the next a TUE for salbutamol.

Besides, if Kasia is prepared to bend the rules for a toke, who is to say she isn't injecting EPO, railing Nandrolone, or huffing carbon monoxide?
Cos she was gonna win the race, but then she got high, ooh
She was gonna hit the front and up the pace, but then she got high, la la la
Now she's gonna come last in the sprint, and she knows why, hey hey
Because she got high, because she got high, because she got high

You're telling me the most chill rider in the peloton in smoking Marijuana? Shocking.

I don't think these supposed hacks seem very reliable though. And in case they are real, there are still multiple possible reasons for why the athletes weren't sanctioned (not that it would mean they weren't trying to break the rules).

Nobody’s gonna sanction one of the top footballers in the world.

It’s not shocking though, to find the likes of Lewandowski and Swiatek to be doping.

Just because something is believable, it doesn't mean that it's real.
It's very real. I just checked provided link to Zaufana Trzecia Strona - they are experts in cybersec in Poland. The data dump (rar archive) containing 250 Gb was apparently uploaded and published on Telegram by Russian hacking group. The archive contained PolADA documents including testing protocols, TUEs, interrogations scripts, osint research about players, photos of discovered illegal laboratories.

Question is not if the leak itself is real, but whether the published test results from famous athletes were really part of it.

As mentioned above, the Polish agencies would normally not be in charge to test Lewandowski during a Bundesliga match, or Swiatek in Wimbledon.

That doesn't prove anything. Of course, they do not talk about the doping of their most famous athletes. It's just that poland is corrupt as ***.
U have No idea what u talking about, if it was true every big media would talk about it 24/7. Im from Poland trust me i know how people in my country react to that kind of stuff. Check stuff about Robert Karas and what happened when he was caught and now multiple this by 10000x

No authority in Poland is going to bust its two of its most well known athletes.

I have no doubt an ADA occasionally accepts a backdated TUE etc to help one of theirs, but this would be a whole different scale, on international level. To cover this up, at least German NADA, the Bundesliga, UK Anti-Doping and ATP would need to be involved as well. Potentially also WADA How likely is that?

I have no idea who this Karas is. But I'm sure that if the national ADA was involved in a corruption case of this magnitude, the national media wouldn't make a big deal out of it. There would even be a blanket ban on all polish athletes ... if it's true

this leak was fake no one in Poland talks about it
Well, which literally means nothing. No one in Spain wants to acknowledge Puerto/Fuentes, no one in Austria talks about Aderlass, the doped swimmers in China are for sure not even allowed to be reported on there.

I also had a look at the leak. And tbh in general it seems legit with documents and handwritten forms incl. addresses and co. But the big point of doubt is rather - are the alleged positives plausible? Especially if testing days were during Deutsche Bundesliga and Wimbledon. I would love to, idk, ARD and Seppelt take it up and do some research but for now it might be very well true that Russia tried to lend made up positives credibility by mixing it with a real hacked database.

They would make a huge deal. Poland is not russia
From all I have seen all across the world, thats a quite naive view. Oregon Project? Tennis and Football Players in Puerto? Humanplasma? Barcelona 1992? Norway’s 6,000 doses of asthma medication? Silent/short band in all sort of US sports? That are all partial cover ups (and only those that come to my mind) in Western countries.

Every now and then I remember Patrick Schelling, ISN, positive in Rwanda.

Such a good guy, certainly not „a doper“, and tests positive including all humiliating headlines.

Sad thing.

Hope he‘s happy nowadays.

Back when I was trolling on here more than 10 years ago, The Clinic was running this same story. My own modest research at the time revealed that Ethiopian track coaches studied at (from memory) Leipzig University before the wall came down, of course.

The best anecdote on this blog was that the CIA approached the West German government prior to Munich '72 offering a doping program only to be refused on the grounds that they (the West Germans) were already running one.

I too wondered, why now? As the only thing of recent interest in the article is Germany's bid for the 2040 Olympics, but digging around a bit I find,
https://www.sportsbusinessjournal.com/Articles/2024/07/29/future-olympics
London Mayor Sadiq Khan said that he would "speak to the British Olympic Association and the new Labour government," led by U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer, about a "potential bid for the summer Olympics in 2040,” according to Gillian Tan of BLOOMBERG NEWS.

Was watching a bit of a nationally broadcast Yankees game (American baseball) the other night. When Judd came up to the plate they showed his gaudy hitting numbers—particularly OBP & Slugging Pct—they said the previous times a batter had such outlandish numbers this late in the season were accomplished by Barry Bonds, Barry Bonds, and Barry Bonds. But not even a slight chuckle or change of voice tone after that to suggest this should at least raise some questions. Maybe they did an eye roll but they weren’t on camera.

ed. Sorry - Judge not Judd
