Ok, it's too tough for Sagan. Damn.
But Bala should consider riding this combined with Strade Bianche and Milano-Sanremo.

It's almost tailor made for him.

After Bala raced it in 2016 he said he would never race it again as it was a waist of his time.

As expected from early rumors finally Vegni has stopped to ruin the history of this race with the odd MTF, anyway there still be two problems, the TTT and the abuse of circuits, i really can't understand the choice to repeat four times the same climb when you have thousands of muritos in the area between Marche and Abruzzo.

They wanted to be sure the riders don't get lost... Or to make them dizzy.

Not sure that's enough. The spanish selector once joked the Worlds was the only race where Freire wouldn't get lost because it was a closed circuit....and later that week he got lost reconnoitering it. Hailed a cab, and after a long time trying to find a driver that spoke spanish, proceeded to tell the driver that he had no idea where his hotel was or what it was called, but "It's white and has a pool"

Freire was no ordinary cyclist.

A guy just can't catch a brake!

Ba-dum-tssjj

(this is karma for correcting the other guy with "selled", lol  )

That one was more of autocorrect not liking a word. However, I did screw up this one.

Dreadful place for a bike race.......
It's not that bad for February, when it's still cold in Europe and everyone just wants a few stage races under their belt first

Gazzetta's journalist Ghisalberti wrote on Twitter that a WT team didn't pay the riders in the last four months, that fits with Beppe Conti rumors about Bahrain not paying as the reason of Nibali wanting to go to Sky.

It doesn't seem to have been mentioned anywhere that Eendaagse De Panne (not the real name, though it should be) will be a WorldTour race this year. I just randomly stumbled upon it when looking at a calendar. Hopefully, the course will be more interesting than last year's.

That's potentially great news as it opens the door for the race to truly become the Three Days of De Panne once again in the future!

Hopefully it benefits the race and it's line-up this year already, like you suggested!
