The mentioning of Skil-Shimano and Saur-Sojasun only adds to the competition for places in the Tour. Fopr example Cervélo is not mentioned in the candidates for a wild card but they will surely be there in the hunt.

Cervélo are pretty much guaranteed an invite due to their ranking this year.

If Cervelo can't get a spot with two stage wins and the Green jersey, then really, what more do they have to do?

Dutch Food Valley Classsic (Veenendaal - Veenendaal) is moved to the summer.

In order to attract more Pro-Tour teams next year it will be held on Friday the 13th of August.

Devolder has indicated that his 2010 race schedule will feature de Brabantse Pijl and - like Boonen - LBL. He'll drop the TdF, but intends to compete in the Vuelta. Source

Milan-San Remo has only 1.8k left after the Poggio - instead as 2.8 this year - according to wielerupdate. Petacchi - who reconned the parcours - said that he finds the finale complicated and believes it favors attackers over sprinters.
