~11 km if no additional circuit afterwards.

EDIT: See here for an illustration, same finish as in 2014:

EDIT2: They could also descend the traditional side down to Eibar and do Aiastia/San Migel from the other side so that the last 25 km would be the same as in 2014.

I hope calls are made to not invite or uninvite Kern Pharma from upcoming races. Bizarre love triangle.
Not safe enough for our riders, safe enough according to promoter and safe enough for all other teams, riders and seasoned directors..
Don't know the Spanish equivalent of Karen behavior. Team can't afford to squander opportunity.. And 2 Kern riders went up after outstanding performances last year.. From my comments it's apparent I don't agree with decision.

Maybe the team's last name has something to do with it 🤔, should be discussed in another thread.

So should all the WorldTeams that pulled out also be boycotted? And should Lotto only be allowed to send 1/3 of a team?

wait actually Oscar's thing was model race tracks like scalextric, not remote controlled cars, sorry

The two climbs before Beasain were last used in the 2014 edition with Gainza being where Contador won the race the first day. Beasain itself was last host the year before, but the climbs used in 2013 were all to the west of those used this year.

The uncategorised(!) climb to Zallobante before Gernika is the first ~5.9 km of this:

Had to know how good or bad this route is. Saint Imier will either be really short prologue (like last year) or some sort of hill climb prologue (that would be kinda fun). Geneve will probably be a pretty flat TT, bit different than most years. Fribourg reduced sprint (think they had that stage 2 years ago, not sure). La Grande Béroche en Cossonay could go every direction, but doubt they will be GC days. I feel like having a good TT might be even more important this year.

They publish the route only two weeks before the race?

That seems a bit strange.
