Not known yet. Rabo's own site does speak of a structure change...

Cause Danny Nelissen has hinted at some stuff today. On his twitter after the official news of Breukink he talked about van Houwelingen possible leaving as the second part of the "big clean up." Maybe that's him just wishful thinking..or he actually does know more about this structure change

Erik doesnt deserve it as a person, but he isnt the best suited to being a technical director. Shame for Erik, probably better for Rabobank itself.

yeah he didn't really cut it.
Rabo need a fresh change in this regard.

Cyclingnews include a doping reference in their article on Breukink... how random. Surely the lack of results won't be the reason he's sacked? He wasn't even technical director during the Rasmussen years.

The incredibly badly written and researched Volkskrant article seems to have had more of an impact on Cyclingnews editors than it has had in the Netherlands, maybe because in translation it seemed more based on fact than it actually was.

i hope we'll have the same winner as the last time :D

will it be broadcasted live or highlights only?

I only read your post and thought it was Zuri-Metzgete.

Oh well, Milano-Torino is also fine I guess, Phil needs his wins. Most dumb date I've ever seen though.

Milano-Torino used to be raced a few days before Lombardia, so lombardia is early this year and milano-torino too.

(then it was moved to march for the last 2-3 editions)

Phil won Gran Piemonte, not milano-torino

Today on Il Tirreno there's a short interview to Favilli who said that during the 3rd stage of Giro di Padania he got asked by Scinto and Citracca to sign the contract for next year.
Favilli refused as he said was in talks with a Pro Tour Team with a bigger contract and due to this they asked him to leave the race, go back home by train and no races till the Worlds.
Bettini had told him there was a chance for him to be in the Nazionale.

Not a good pubblicity for Farnese.

Contador won't be in Saxo's TTT squad. Good idea? Bad idea?

“We have three specialists in this discipline, Mørkøv, Boaro and Luke and we have two experienced guys in Matteo and Nicki who have both just done the Vuelta," said team director Bradley McGee. "And finally, we have David Tanner who's in great shape and will be doing the road race as well for Australia.
