Sad news, my thoughts to family and friends.

Having been in the area multuple times myself, the locals have great respect for the cyclists on the road; his case was probably just pure unluck.

wow, 2019 (Papi Horner can do the same. ride in Usa for a year, and sign for Alonso in 2015)

I am really curious about the bike sponsor they'll choose.

Epic. Every year Sporza delivers with their year review.

Allthough it's ofcourse a bummer if you don't speak dutch/flemish, but it's still worth watching.
Sporza should make a subtitles version of it even though the video is ofcourse Belgian biased.

It's nice not having a GT centric focus. And I don't mind the non-Anglo approach.

The mocking of Wiggins with the Rocky music is funny. And laughing at Froome's attack.

The one day races really should have better coverage as they do here. QSPS did an excellent weekly vlog of their year. It's very good. Mostly in English. It's on youtube.

What? They aren't already submissive enough to the American Empire?

I mean interviewing Taramarcaz in English while he's a Francophone Romandian and can hardly speak English,, French being the second language of the country.

Interviewing Flecha in English while the bloke lives in Toulouse and his English is very poor. Same for the Schleck, etc.

Edit: oh and the feed graphics in English... How could I forget about that. Just two days ago in Zolder "head of the race". I'll have to remind them that in Dutch it's called "kop van de wedstrijd".

A language is the voice of the people. I often see great docos in Italian or Spanish that I can hardly understand and I would never ask for subs.

By the way, the report was in Dutch and not in Flemish (which does not exist, actually).

What does a video with English subtitles have to do with being submissive to the 'American Empire'?

It is just a way of better understanding, or understanding at all.

And what is the point of watching a documentary in a language you can barely/hardly understand? If I do not understand a documentary, I can not rate it as ''great''.

Nothing wrong with adding English subtitles in my opinion.

Best news of 2013; Bettini leaves as CT of italian national team and accept Alonso's offer to become team manager of his team.

FCI is considering to offer the role to Max Sciandri or Davide Cassani.

Looks more like the Italians are running out of patience with Bettini. Wrt Alonso's team what can he offer? Frankly I see very little.

Bettini was placed at the national team cause his name pleased the biggest part of people but actually his results as coach were kinda dissapointing and I personally disliked the way he pretended he didnt have any fault.

And if he continues this way with Alonso team he's gonna be useless; afterall all actual DS start with junior/U23 or Continental teams before jumping to directing big teams.
