Just thought another German team will end. After Telekom, Gerolsteiner, Milram and Wiesenhof there are not many teams left. It is just said what the boycott of the media has done to German cycling: no (or very limited) coverage of the races, no sponsors, no teams, lesser talents come through, ... it is a vicious cycle. :(

What the German media did is understandable. People had had enough and I admire them for it. These sort of measures might make some people think more. There is no reason it won't change especially if some talented German riders start coming through the ranks apart from Tony Martin of course. Tough time for German cycling fans but I don't see why it won't pick up again.

don't believe till i see it. i've seen many prediction of rain for roubaix but it didn't rain

It is tomorrow. In that time span they are often pretty accurate. Should be a fun stage to watch. I hope everybody gets through safe, but rain could result in some big gaps between the GC-contenders early on. And that is good, cause somebody has to attack in the mountains.

Seems like Bora, a German kitchen manufacturer, is the new main sponsor for NetApp.

5 year deal too, which is good. Think this might have been being discussed for a while or at least BORA decided cyclist were a demographic worth chasing some time ago as they have advertised heavily on Eurosport this year.

Rabo women complete the podium at the womens Giro and nobody questions it. If Sky or Saxo did that in a race, twitter would explode.

Watching Rabo-Liv cutting off Mara Abbott was really disgusting. I suppose they were afraid she'd destroy Vos on the climbs like she did last year.
