Also, using the final Waseberg circuit it's possible to have a 270km race with about 3000 meters of climbing.

Of course a Worlds bid is likely to be easier but it's possible to have a race in Hamburg that won't be completely flat.

Romandie route

Not really great, but ok

Not bad.

All of those stages seem a bit too lumpy for Cavendish although I guess he's just using it as training for the Giro.

Geraint Thomas will now be riding Romandie to get some race days in for the Giro.

UK Postal's line-up: Mark Cavendish, Chris Froome, Danny Pate, Richie Porte, Michael Rogers, Kanstantsin Siutsou, Geraint Thomas, Bradley Wiggins

I guess Froome might give it a go for GC or Siutsou, maybe even Porte. Wiggo is taking it easy and his goal is the TT win I heard. But that's a very strong line up :)

I hope Froome finally shows something because right now he's on course for a 0 points CQ year

That's just to set himself up to win the Vuelta in 2013.

a 2:30m commercial to sell underwear? Besides dropping Dekker's pants, looks like they might be dropping some real dough to get that on tv...
I think it's an internet only commercial. At least, I haven't seen it on tv (luckily)

He can do well at short prologues if on form but this one looks a bit too long i think, even though its downhill.

The finish to the prologue is similar to that of 2009 but that time the prologue started with a climb as the start and finish were pretty close to each other

I am wondering. How do you rate Anton's chances at FW and LBL. Sanchez is only riding Amstel and so Anton will be the sole leader. He didnt show much this year, so do you think he'll have a chance to podium FW ?

FW probably up there, LBL, not so sure

Out of the top of my head he has finished 4th and 5th in FW and 7th in LBL. Top 10 in both races might be possible and would be valuable points wise, but I don't see him battling for victory. He's not in good form either.

He's not in bad form, decent ride up the climb in Criterium International and then 3rd at GP Mig last weekend

He did well in F-W in 2010 ( if only he was not being a domestique for Contador/ timing his attacks better he could have podiumed ).
