G2 is Vermeesch, G3 must be some of the riders from the morning breakhow many riders in the peloton? G1, G2, G3 followed by a peloton. G2 i would think is the peloton. but no.
Not according to the screen.

I also think it's completely reasonable for Van Aert to back his sprint against Van der Poel. WvA is terrible in group sprints atm but that looks more out of fear than anything else, I'm sure he still has some speed thereI'm usually a 'dont you dare give him a single turn' guy but surely in this situation is better for Visma with van aert against MVDP for the win than playing games

Even if he doesn't back his sprint, do you want instead to back Laporte from a bunch sprint?I also think it's completely reasonable for Van Aert to back his sprint against Van der Poel. Also, solo leaders or leading groups can have a tough time holding off the peloton in the last 35 Km of this race, so Wout needs to work to help them stay away. Plus I don't think MDVP would just drag Wout all the way to the line.I'm usually a 'dont you dare give him a single turn' guy but surely in this situation is better for Visma with van aert against MVDP for the win than playing games
What should he have done differently in this case? There is a reason why Vermesch has won one race.
No. But to add to your point, I'm not even sure who wins out of these two.Even if he doesn't back his sprint, do you want instead to back Laporte from a bunch sprint?
Hard choice between the idea that everything is rigged and the guy being an idiot. Both are plausible enough.
correct option is to ride until a few km to go and then sit on at the end if they have a gapAh yes, you are right, haven't been following. was eating and other things till now.
The gave that G1, G2, info, whilst showing G3 and the peloton in the background. I figured G3 was G1.
He will not finish third. He can hardly hope for anything better than 3rd though.
He had enough reasons to work and secure as big gap to the peloton, as possible.
Absolutely the same as Omloop.
Yeah. Simply not good enough. There is a reason why Vermesch has won one race.
Are you watching the race? The peloton is going strong and keeps gainingSo it seems Van Aert and MVDP are away. yet somehow the commentator trying to talk the viewers into believing the peloton has a chance? Seems disingenious to me.
Most probably won't.He will not finish third.
I don't believe it!So it seems Van Aert and MVDP are away. yet somehow the commentator trying to talk the viewers into believing the peloton has a chance? Seems disingenious to me.
Nope, just tuned in. I see almost a minute for Van Aert and MVDP and the race already being in the finalAre you watching the race? The peloton is going strong and keeps gaining
Where is Brennan? I was told he was the next Kim Kardashian.
The front duo lost 25 seconds in the last 10 km. There is 21 km left and 45 seconds. It will be very closeNope, just tuned in. I see almost a minute for Van Aert and MVDP and the race already being in the final
