I know. I would think it was a shoe in if it were a lesser race than GW, or if it were between RvV and PR and Wout had already won RvV if that makes any sense.

Yes that is really getting a problem. I like racing in 2019 and 2020 when the Ineso dominance was fading and others weren't in the current level (WvA, vdP, Pogacar...)
The talent is too much concentrated in a few teams and 6-7 riders are just so good that tactics are almost irrelevant. We saw on friday how the Tour of flanders will go and the whole week how the Giro. Teams that don't have one of those starts start the races only for minor places. That will be a problem for the sport going forward because sponsors need the successes.
