MvdP, Pithie and partly Pedersen are riding a long time at the front. I still think the bunch can come back.

This is what Trek will try to do to Mathieu in Flanders. His team is lacklustre. In this particular race though, I would have preferred them to stay together in that group. Them riding so hard on eachother I think killed their chances.

Jumbo will also have their say though, they are not really participating in this one.

If it's a sprint, I hope Bling will take it.

Still nearly 10 to the last Kemmelberg.

This is just GW being a far, far easier race than RvV
Didn't stop Jumbo from destroying everyone last year. Yes, you can't perfectly replicate this in Ronde, but his/Alpecin's vulnerability have definitely been exposed today. If Jumbo pounce on it too, it spells trouble.

Its not JUST that, Lidl are looking super good so far and will try to do something similar next Sunday of course. But chances are just worse that it will be successfull next Sunday, but you know that I know that

Never understand why DS’s think having one guy pull the chasing group for several kms willl catch a small group of powerful riders up the road. Especially now on this new era of hyper stellar individuals?

Probably the aim wasnt to catch them. Just keep the gap as it was. Dont lose anymore before the last hills.
