Not if Pedersen is smart enough to go for a long sprint. If you leave it late and let it come down to the initial acceleration you play Van der Poel's game.
As a Mathieu fan I just hope for once he stays in Pedersen’s wheel for the sprint. Against Wout and Kasper he wanted to control from the front but I don’t like it that way.

And let the strongest win. I really do like Mads.

I hope Pedersen will open the sprint in the right side of the road. Would be embarrassing if he takes the left side.

Nothing against Mads or MVDP, but for some reason I find myself rooting for them to get caught.
This would genuinely be one of the most stunning turn of events this race has ever seen. The peloton has gained like 25 seconds in 15km, to gain 55 in 7 would be an insane bottle job

They do have some of the fastest guys as teammates behind, but yeah, I agree...
