Samoilau rode the climb 4 seconds faster than Pinotti. So how is it impressive? Care to explain?

I think its a rather novel idea to suggest that only the uphill parts of a TT count.

Anyway, Pinotti has been struggling a little this Giro, not nearly climbing as well as he did last year, but he rides a good time, which Garzelli ended up only besting by 12 seconds. I think a 'very impressive' was merited for ole' Marco.
