Nice, the "pirate" photo actually do exist. Who are the riders on there, we can take their Giro participation for sure!

Michele said:Not anymore the green jersey (climber leader) but blue jersey due to sponsor's main color.
There IS a tradition in the Maglia Verde. It is (was...) the only meaningful jersey in the Giro (after the pink, of course). Countless champions wore that jersey.search said:most of the jersey's colors are (or at least were) sponsor related, so is the pink jersey and so are all jerseys in the Tour de France. And it's not like there is any tradition in "winning the green jersey", so I must say, I don't really care which color it carries. Blue is fine for me

Maybe he's slowly building up for a peak at the giro, which arguably will be the biggest race NetApp will ride this season. If so, he shouldshow himself in Trentino.

It's been mentioned approx 100 times, but every time there was someone trolling about him doing the tdf, quoting some random articleHugo Koblet said:I don't think it's been mentioned yet, but Scarponi is definitely doing the Giro, he says. The Giro just got a new favorite.

greenedge said:Who is everyones favourites for the opening prologue??? Based on BMC's performance at the GDT i think either Pinotti or Phinney would be favourites.
Malori and Rasmussen ( especially ) could also go well.
Also how is Fuglsang going???
