Probably a good idea though. Send Quintana to the Vuelta instead and he can do the Giro next year.
In theory, yes. However, I'm of the pessimistic opinion that the Movistar Vuelta team will consist of Valverde, Cobo and 7 reasonably experienced domestiques.

Thanks is there anywhere a list which regroups them, i know i'm failing but i don't know when reading a riders name if he fits that category?
Actually, there aren't that many, for GC at least.

Uran
Henao
Stetina
Ulissi
Slagter

That's about it, I think? Should be between the two Sky guys, especially since Ulissi will have to work for Scarponi.

LBL fall had more effect than initially thought. Oh well.. Tour of Norway it is then. Don't think he gets a tour selection now, so Vuelta it is, provided he stays uninjured for once
We all know Tour of Norway > Giro anyway :p

Exactly. It seems they told him to go and prepare for the Giro for a month, then when he came back decided he could do Vuelta a Madrid and Tour of Picardie instead. I wouldn't mind if I thought he might ride the Vuelta instead, but I doubt it. Still, at least it's better than the way Lampre appear to be treating Anacona.
Anacona is riding for Lampre? I did not know that!

Shame on Movistar that have absolutely unjustified hopes for Alex in the Tour, otherwise Kiry and Arroyo could have started the Giro. On the other hand, Juanjo can move something interesting. That's a sin not to move being a rider of this team.

With both Bos and Renshaw going to the Giro, who will act as lead out and who will go for the wins?

Bos will be the primary sprinter and Renshaw the lead out but he may be given one or two chances for himself if Bos doesnt succed originally.

Renshaw will do the harder stages where Bos will be dropped, i.e. anything with a molehill in it ;)

Boaro from Saxo?
Howes from Garmin?

I thought König from TeamNetApp was announced but he's not on the startlist? Team NetApp wanted absolutely to go to the Giro with König ? What happened?

Since the sprinters will all leave before Milan, for a climber.

Will Cav abandon deliberatley or because he can't do better?

Farrar might hold on...
