Colombia and Bardiani are already certain, but i hope Caja-Rural will get the third wildcard. Imagine Heiner Parra in the Dolomites? Heaven! And they have some nice riders, including Italian Vigano.

MTN however will go. Nice squad to, but a lot of riders are quite boring. But Kudus, Tekle, Pardilla and Sbaragli will deliver some nice racing for sure.

Dont think they let Kudus ride already he is 19 (20 at the time of the Giro), im really curious how he is going to develop though, I think he can make it to the top.

Kudus is probarly too young to compete yet, you're right about that. But for the next 5 years, it will be very interesting to watch his progress, because he is by far the biggest African cycling talent.

Don't forget Grmay with MTN, good and young rider to.

afaik he's still "suspended"...

Well, yes, of course, but he now believes it's significant that he hasn't heard from them at all and seems(?) to be saying that the chances of him going back to RCS are slim. Why is he crying to Benson about it? Doesn't really make sense to me if it was only a preventative suspension.

[...]

“All I can tell you is that no one from RCS has contacted me or talked to me for two months,” he told Cyclingnews on Sunday morning.

“I’m going crazy and it’s nonsense but on Wednesday or Thursday of this week I will talk to the media and tell them everything that I know. I will say everything that I can.”

Riccardo Taranto was appointed as the new CEO of RCS Sport on October 4, following Acquarone’s suspension and at the time said that Acquarone’s suspension was a "preventative decision. It's not a disciplinary suspension but a preventative one. His suspension is about governance not about punishment,” he said at the time.

Asked if he would return to RCS if the investigation cleared him, Acquarone said that he would but he hinted that the longevity of the case may be a factor in his future.

“I spent 14 years at RCS. If I could choose of course I would like to go back to RCS but now it’s very difficult because it’s been two months and no one has talked to me. I’m innocent, of course I am.”

yeah it looks bad for him...

Nah don't have time. I'll just mention a few points.

- He thinks the next Giro route is balanced
- He says there's a lack of high mountains only because of chance, not because of this year's weather
- Next year the stages are more linear, without the hills in the end as those of this year, because they needed to make long transitional stages in order to reduce transfers (LOL)
- The Giro is backloaded because it should be like that.
- Next year we won't have a multi-mountain long stage because we already have the Val Martello stage and because they wanna try the Vuelta model ( )
- They never design a race in a way to attract a particular rider (LOLOLOL)
- The US start is not discarded, although there's nothing concrete for now
- He says one shouldn't complain about the Lombardia route (I mean, seriously?), but anyway the deal for the finish town is over, so in 2014 the route may be totally different (hurray!)

And other less interesting things about RCS, UCI etc.

This makes me a bit sad, actually.
