Pretty cool how often this hilly stages the giro does deliver.

All races should do more of this.

Whatever happens it seems that Kreuziger will have about 5 minutes on the favorites. Can't understand why Sky and Astana let the margin grow so much. Sure they had guys in the break, but not someone as strong as Kreuziger.

Kreuziger should just solo it. From you guys it sounds like he is always on the front anyway. Would love to see Tinkoff DS' and Contador's reaction :D

The first two groups will come back together, and some riders will return to the peloton. However it is all going to explode again on the last climb.

Astana seem to be on a different level as a team to everybody else.

Sounds even better than the York-Sheffield stage last year.

When they decide to race these medium mountain stages, they can be very dramatic and selective.

The other wheelsuckers in his group would never let him get 1 meter.

my only beef with this stage is that we don't get regular updates on the time gaps.. how hard can that be?

I agree. It's like watching with blinders on. We don't have good info.

Indeed. multiple hills and not an overly long flat road to the finish seems to produce good racing

Quite hard today.

What a stage. Astana strongest team in this Giro it seems. I mean their TTT with all those climbers was crazy allready and now this. They still got 2 ahead as well :)

ILNUR is there!!!!

Apparently.
Thank god. Would have been a huge let down if he couldn't keep up today.
Sorry, that is not correct. I was quoting the Bein SPort commentators who saw him. But then they decided it wasn't.

My fault. After not listening to Kirby for a year I lost my natural inclination to call into question everything the commentators say.

What did he say?

That he doesn't remember the accident, that he's fine..cannot wait to go racing again (TdS)....

I think for Movistar is Ruben Fernandez in peloton (n,114)
