This is actually exactly as I expected. Valverde is the only one for whom attacking on the bonette would have made sense but he was probably not strong on the altitude. I am 100% sure at least nibali will try something.

So he's equally as tired as anyone else.
Way to miss the point then.

The initial post remarked how everyone is tired due to going into the red yesterday. You said this is not an excuse for Majka, but in reality it is...he put in a trojan effort yesterday.
My point was not "Majka isn't tired", but "Majka has literally nothing to lose, so he should try regardless".

And my point relates to the initial post, he cannot as he like everyone else is suffering after a very tough Giro and in particular a very tough stage yesterday.

Can you translate what Ivan "advised" to Vincenzo?
He said that Nibali is very good at being at the right place at the right time, and that he hopes that Nibali will be able to "catch the right moment" today.
He also said that the he expexct thing to happen near the top of this climb and in the descent right after.

I don't think you're fully grasping the meaning of "nothing to lose".

how do you know majka has nothing to loose? he is not a GT winner,so getting top 5 is probably as far as his goals can go
