Another fine moment for the boffins on here, some of you really know how to pick em.

To be fair, no one saw him as the next anything, but you would have to have ESP to have foreseen that he would crack given his first two weeks.

Sanches cramps, or waiting?

Or you would have noticed that history suggests he struggles in the third week.

still five sky riders left in the group. oh well.

They wanna go at this pace and bring everybody with them over this climb

Then Froome to go on last climb I think is the tactic here

Also "interesting"...Sky domesiques...not really to be seen in the first 2 weeks, now mountain goating up finestre 6 deep, dropping Yates and Lopez.

I think you gave the reason yourself.

"Pirazziattacks"
Come on man, don't disrespect the most entertaining sideshow the giro's ever seen.

Seriously though, my point was that some people on here go crazy whenever someone does something unexpected and are conspicuously silent when it turns out to be a flash in the pan.

I'm counting 16 riders in the "peloton", and still not even on top of Finestre.

Yeah right, the saved themselves. they saved themselves so hard that Froome almost falls out of contention and then lash out in week three. Because that always was Sky tactic in previous GTs ;)

Froome handing out food :p Looks like he may podium before all is said and done, if not better.

Thank goodness for the Giro. Today's carnage is well worth watching.
