Will he though? He won't gain time on many opponents todayStill he'll get on the GC podium today.
Very impressive I would say45'17" for Majka, not bad at all.
"There are 3 time checks and a finish. He'll gain 45 seconds per interval. It is fact and reality will not interfere"Rune Larsen, Fuglsang's former coach was in the Giro studio this afternoon and said that he had "calculated" how Fuglsang would gain three minutes on Pozzovivo on this stage. Will it even be three seconds?
Now he's probably telling Birdsong "we got him right where we want him".Rune Larsen, Fuglsang's former coach was in the Giro studio this afternoon and said that he had "calculated" how Fuglsang would gain three minutes on Pozzovivo on this stage. Will it even be three seconds?
WTF, 7% in the red zone for Nibali until now?
Somebody should make this guy write a blog as well.Rune Larsen, Fuglsang's former coach was in the Giro studio this afternoon and said that he had "calculated" how Fuglsang would gain three minutes on Pozzovivo on this stage. Will it even be three seconds?

Like, Fuglsang performed worse than I expected as well, but that's just stupidRune Larsen, Fuglsang's former coach was in the Giro studio this afternoon and said that he had "calculated" how Fuglsang would gain three minutes on Pozzovivo on this stage. Will it even be three seconds?

It's not only on Axel I think. A few of their international riders turned out really good. This to me suggests that the US Junior programme might be part of the "problem" as they are also known to train big volumes there and have been having good juniors all over the last decade.Well, he is, one of the few American talents that didn't get ruined by Axel.
It's actually pretty damn good when comparing his time splits against major rivals... He's gonna take some time on most of them... Good for him!45'17" for Majka, not bad at all.
