3. Yates, Pozzovivo, Vanhoucke almost a minute back

Front group isn´t going all out. Would have been the smarter move. Usually the chasing group can keep it up for 20km and collapses afterwards.

Sometimes I get the feeling that people think cross-wind racing is only about paying attention. You also have to be quite strong to make the first echelons (I didn't see the moment Fuglsang was distanced but it sounds as if he was just dropped (which of course is a whole different thing to worry about)).

I'd have excepted the hour record holder to be great in these conditions but they haven't been very attentive.
