funny thing - mankind is sending spaceships up to Mars and receives pictures of a drone flying on Mars...but every year at the Giro it'simpossible for the Italian TV stations to get live coverage when the weather is bad.
Well, the Italians are definitely not going to be the first to populate Mars...

I'm guessing RAI or whoever is doing the live told Vegni they can't cover the stage as it is so Vegni cut it hoping they'll be able to broadcast. They aren't.

I am not so sure, this Bernal, with the usual strong Ineos team, would be interesting. This Bernal is stronger that the Bernal who won the TDF.

It would be interesting yes. Climbing wise he is on par I believe. But there is always time trialing. And hot weather in France is a different thing than this rainy cold Italian situation where Bernal seems to be at home.
