Kuss is too important for the TdF team and too inconsistent in GTs.
Jumbo doesn't care that much about Giro and Groenewegen wants a GT.
Replace Bennett with Oomen and Martens with Eenkhoorn/Roosen and you'll get the Jumbo team.

We could have a new Loze moment on Granon next year and Kuss helping Roglic to get more seconds on Pog. If Pog wouldn't exist, I would agree with you. In the Vuelta 2021 Kuss wasn't essential. He was though in TdF/Vuelta 2020.

I'm still hoping Dumo goes, maybe that Verona ITT is longer than 15 km or there is an intermediate ITT somehow. I think his biggest issue is the pressure to perform at a certain level and therefore I don't think TdF is the right GT for him. In Giro the level would definitely be easier and he can go there with Foss as his 2nd leader and do his own thing. If he can't hold GC, go for a stage win.

I kinda hate this new presentation style for Giro. Like the hype should be there but it isn't because these 3 stages are kinda bland. If you want to present multiple days then make it just 3, one for each week and don't put all the mountain stages in the same day.

That seems a bit more exciting than I previously thought. A 5km 4% climb really heavily depends on how the gradients are distributed and this is pretty decent. Doesn't need to be a murito, but this is definitely not for the sprinter/puncheur type riders.

This stage alone should draw Valverde to the Giro lol

Considering only the potential starters i think will be between Valverde and Ulissi in such a sprint. Maybe there could be also Wellens and Sagan but i doubt nowadays they would be able to contest.

Not that many options. Almeida, Evenepoel if he starts, Ganna if he goes well on both hills, and that's probably it, anyone else would be a major upset.

Sanremo is sure, probably with leadership role along Kwiatkowski and Pidcock (last year he worked on the Poggio only because he fell ill at Tirreno otherwise he would have already been a protected rider). For Roubaix last time i've heard him he said that they are going to weight options with the team and decide later.

Beppe Conti today said that the Trentino stage will be Ponte di Legno - Lavarone climbing the Menador, which would explain the rumour about the Passo Vezzena finish (which is very close). Since I have no alternatives atm, I'll put it in the route.
