I think lockdown Marc Hurshi is the definition of a 'one season wonder'. Literally cyclings equivalent to Michu.
Hirschi had shown signs of being a future star in 2019 already, still think his subsequent lack of doing anything in the big races is stranger than his peak in 2020. He was also much earlier in his career at the time than Michu when he had his purple patch.

Hirschi also seemed to be either sick or injured at least in 2021 & 2022 once he was about to hit shape.
While he didn't match his 2020 season any longer at least from fall 2023 onwards Hirschi had a decent level again winning the Tour de Luxembourg and various Italian fall classics. It's indeed surprising he's that bad again at Tudor.

With Storer's shape and recent win Rcs won't care that much about Hirschi not being there.
Ciccone thinks Roglic will win, but according to him Storer with his TotA legs is stronger than all of them uphill.
Would be surprised if Storer is able to hold that level for another 3.5 weeks, but he should try to capitalise on this form as quickly as possible.

Some changes in the last hours: Bardiani will be italian 100% Martinelli replaces Rojas. Soren Kragh Andersen replaces Kirsch. Maas and Debeaumarche will replace Toumire and Allegaert. Also Q36.5 has made two substitutions: Vader and Liepins will compete instead of Frison and Brambilla.

When is the team presentation? Im curious for the def bib numbers.
