This is going to be such a points farming Giro it's insane. Astana already 6th and 9th.

In fairness, 6th is just a good result. They went for a random attack with Conci too, but Conci/Ulissi don't really have it in them to win a stage like this

Tour of the Alps when they were recording the race on a toaster we had the results the second every rider crossed the line. As usual with the Giro it's 15 minutes later and still only a top 10.

Group will try to get away on the last climb. Will beef up the speed in the peloton.

Downhill super speed will happen and a major crash at the last corner will end the race for a few good ones.

Winner will be anyone that gets out of the corner in one piece.

No Astana, but Vacek has dropped several climbers and has managed to launch Pedersen.

Arensman will anyways finish 5th or 6th on GC. He is the Kruijswijk of the 2020s, albeit a better TTer and a worse climber. Gee will manage to recover as well. Both are big engine and endurance guys.

Im sorry for my posts and also to the mods Im sorry but I was for 10+ years a fan of this rider, my favourite gc rider, and for 10 years it's just been *** awful luck, a rider who could win a gt but never did, and injuries constantly, I'm exited finally for an open giro after the same 2 riders win everything all season and for landa again so much horrible suffering. All excitment gone the first stage. It's very difficult to see . Sorry

From my perceptions of today Rogla looked super comfortable and fresh while Ayuso looked a little cooked at the end. This is Primoz' Giro to lose.

2. Yes, but not riding the Giro would mean he could ride the Tour as a GC contender, not just as a Dom, giving Soudal a 2-pronged attack.

I know. It sucks to see our favorite rider crashing out. I already had that feeling multiple times, specially in the Tour 2014. However, writing the same thing 5 times in a span of 1 minute is silly.

Fair enough, but I don't understand why you were against Trek wanting to push the pace and making the stage when no else wanted to.
