Im sorry for my posts and also to the mods Im sorry but I was for 10+ years a fan of this rider, my favourite gc rider, and for 10 years it's just been *** awful luck, a rider who could win a gt but never did, and injuries constantly, I'm exited finally for an open giro after the same 2 riders win everything all season and for landa again so much horrible suffering. All excitment gone the first stage. It's very difficult to see . Sorry

He could be a man to watch at the Strade stage (already Top15 in one of his first races as a pro) and will have a couple of chances ahead to get a win if maintains this form. Descents is part of bike racing. Savoldelli always hammered descents to put his rivals in troubles.
