Nice to finally see Santa Barbara in a good position for attacks, very underatted climb.
It's still in the position of a warmup climb. Descent and finish into Torbole, Riva del Garda or climb Bordala straight after and descend into Rovereto works really well in my opinion. Especially if you put Bondone before it you have a pretty straightforward 4 star mountain stage that doesn't rely on a MTF with the primary climb being hardest at the start.

Really don't get why this guy didn't DNF given his body has to heal a straight up hole in his hand.
He had a difficult year, with many crashes, DNFs and minor injuries. I guess he wanted to check how he'd fare in the 3rd week. But surely after today he should DNF, it doesn't make any sense to continue

So Rogla abandoned today, for me hence this race lost most of its appeal.

On top of that i don't really enjoy to watch another crash fest of the stage it's turning out to be. All in all inclusion of sterrato delivered, took out two of the main pre race favourites, among others, so good job on that, a bit of a circus and a lot of bad reputation again.

In the US we have hours of big pharma commercials!! We have one for shingles vaccine, pleasant looking middle aged woman with a single shingles outbreak in the middle of her forehead that resembles a gunshot wound or Living Dead special effect!! At least during the Vuelta we see Pedro Delgado riding in his kitchen guzzling Kern products!! Don't know why Super Mario doesn't have an ad for hair or suntan lotion..
Funny thing is I was about to get that vaccine but those ads makes me so angry I don't feel like supporting them anymore :joycat:
