I would have dropped Steinhauser back if Carapaz had 40 or 50 seconds. With a 15 second gap, Carapaz should sit up and wait for the group.

Everyone including Del Toro was pretty much on Carapaz' tail at the point where the camera moto stopped in a turn. But the gap must have opened up again behind Rubio in the second half of the descent.
