Magnier looks shell shocked, I don't know if he should be back on the bike so fast.

Just wouldn't make sense at all. Also not happening, sprinters would not agree with that. Maybe they neutralize times or something, but no way they are cancelling for some rain.
I meant neutralize, with Adam Hansen about its more than possible.

Italian TV speculates that they'll just neutralize the gc and have the sprinters race the final 5kms.

Good, sending him back on the bike when he was clearly in a state of shock was a bad call.
Agreed. When you see an athlete (across the sports landscape) holding their head like that after a crash or collision they need to be checked for concussion.
